To register as a group:

• Download the group registration form – group registration form
• Complete the form with all participant details
• Make the payment according to the selected currency to the bank account indicated in the form
• Send the completed form along with proof of payment to: biuro@fcl.org.pl

After verification, you will receive confirmation of your group registration. Each member of the group, will receive individual access links to participate in the conference online.
